I added Admore lights to my Givi 55 Top Box. They give me extra running lights, brake lights and turn signals. They seem to be about as bright as the stock lights and are at eye level for a car coming from behind. The brake light on the CTX is very small and I felt it would be harder for a car to see the bike at a distance. In any case, the bike is a great deal more visible with these lights.
I should add that I was watching for bikes with a single tail light like the CTX and often I found that from a distance, they were hard to notice especially when there was other traffic.
I linked to a video (not mine) so you can see what they look like on the same Top Box. I did mount my wire to the bike lower on the case than the instructions shows because I didn't want that wire hanging out. It looks better that way. This of course puts the connection lower inside the box, but shouldn't be a problem.
