My Thinga-Ma-Bob CTX trike is available again.

Okay folks everybody gets another chance! I've decided once again to offer my "famous" one-of-a-kind CTX trike for sale. Some of you will remember that I suspended my first attempt last fall, when I decided to keep it and do some make-overs so it would look like the vintage Indian I've wanted...

CTX700 Noob - OEM Sound System?

That is strictly for show, Honda did nothing with it and since the space is so limited, I wouldn't recommend you do anything with that either. Although a few folks did do something look around the CTX700 forums with your search dialog to locate. Google is your friend. I have an inexpensive...

    CTX7000 performance

I suggest you find another service department. Although mine is a manual, the CTX engine has plenty of punch and is as smooth as Jiffy Peanut Butter.

    Corbin seat

JSYK, all Corbins fit any year's CTX700. The only structural difference is high profile or low profile. I've had both and of the two, I liked the low profile better. BTW, I have since sold my Corbin and got a Russell Day-long (RDL) instead. The Russell is to Corbin as the Corbin was to the...

Where is everyone? How are you?

JSYK, I've bought directly from Fehling (the engine bars) and had no problems whatsoever. Just that shipping does take a bit longer, but certainly quicker than getting Chinese Junk!

Fehling crash bars for CTX 700

Dan, If they are gone, I recommend getting a set from Fehling (or Amazon sells Fehling as well). By all means, don't get a junky knock-off from China. I've owned both sets and the Fehling wins hands down and is well worth the difference. BTW, if yours is NOT a naked CTX, you can still...

    Seat swap possible

I just bought an almost perfect seat off of a 2016 bike that only had 750 miles of use. Since I'm going to strip the seat down to the pan, before I do that I wanted to offer a deal to someone who wants to sit a little closer to the tank (since the 2016 has the seat cut closer to the front). Or...

    Happy Holidays

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! While at it, I've shared this before, but it is worth repeating. This is a nice & quiet, 5 minute MP4 video downloadable from my personal domain (and therefore perfectly safe): http://www.BobWitte.com/Christmas/Ch...Hallelujah.mp4 p.s. Santa left me a...

Thinga-ma-Bob II, a CTX700 trike conversion using a Yelvington Designs CTX kit

Over the weekend I installed my new fender racks w/flags as well as a top rack on the rear trunk. In the latter case, that rack finally gives me a place for mount the leather "pouch" given to me by a former customer (and great friend) who has since gone home to be with the Lord. I had it on my...

Moving the foot peg and brake pedal?

If you have replaced the stock muffler with a "shorty" of some kind, consider adding the mid-pegs I show in the following posting: https://www.ctx700forum.com/forum/how-forum/78313-how-install-inexpensive-mid-position-foot-pegs.html#post913843 It can be done in 20 minutes with a drill, a tap &...
